Tunezo Nagase and his contribution to the Health Insurance System
Abstract
本稿は,日本の医療社会保険の「創世期」において,日本政府と日本医師会との診療契約締結のさい採用された「人頭式・被保険者1人当り1年につき7円42銭6厘7毛」の報酬額について,その経緯と意義,計算・立案に当たった長瀬恒蔵の事績などを検討するものである。このような趣旨から,本稿では,取り上げる範囲を政府管掌健康保険に限定し,組合管掌健康保険には言及しない。また歯科医療についても触れない。なお本稿は,私の近年の研究課題「社会保険医療研究」の一部をなすものであるSimilar works
