Abstract

В структуре заболеваний слизистой оболочки рта (СОР) и красной каймы губ (ККГ), регистрируемых у взрослого населения на приеме в типовой стоматологической поликлинике Москвы, преобладают стоматиты и родственные поражения, доля которых составила 52,61%.Чаще всего (34,75%) у пациентов с заболеваниями СОР и ККГ диагностировали рецидивирующие афты полости рта. Наименьшая доля в структуре заболеваний СОР и ККГ (0,15%) приходилась на злокачественные новообразования рта. МКБ-10 не полностью отражает весь спектр и разнообразие форм заболеваний СОР и ККГ, ее использование в диагностике не дает возможности составить наиболее точную картину заболеваемости.The disease diseases of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, and a red border of the lips, registered in the adult population at the reception in a model dental clinic of Moscow city, dominated by the disease and related lesions, which share amounted to 52,61 %.
