La administracion en la nueva era digital

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to analyze how the administration faces in the new digital era, in a way that adapts to the current challenges and changes. The methodology used is based on a bibliographic design of a documentary type. Administration is a science that has existed since very remote times, and that through the years its processes have been adapting to the changes that have occurred, managing to fit in with them to give organizations performance and results. As a conclusion it is mentioned that at present the way of managing has undergone great changes, with a view to conquering the consumer or user, within these changes it is important to adapt to the new emerging technologies, which simplify, minimize and give fluidity and speed to processes. The administration, since its existence, has been moldable in the face of the different changes that have taken place in the behavior of the economy, however, obtaining good results depends on the way in which the organizations assume the situations presented, making use of the different administrative processes described in this text. In this new digital era, organizations must take into account the needs of the environment, for this they must require all members of the organization to go through these changes caused by globalization and information technology, since the adaptation of these changes will be key to achieve success.El objetivo general de esta investigación es analizar como la administración se enfrenta en la nueva era digital, de manera que se adapta a los retos y cambios presentes. La metodología empleada se basa en un diseño bibliográfico de tipo documental. La administración es una ciencia que existe desde tiempos muy remotos, y que a través de los años sus procesos se han ido adaptando a los cambios que se han presentado, logrando acoplarse a ellos para dar rendimientos y resultados a las organizaciones. Como conclusión se menciona que en la actualidad la forma de administrar ha sufrido grandes cambios, con miras de conquistar al consumidor o usuario, dentro de estos cambios es importante la adaptación a las nuevas tecnologías nacientes, las cuales simplifican, minimizan y dan fluidez y rapidez a los procesos. La administración, desde su existencia, ha sido moldeable ante los distintos cambios que se han sufrido en el comportamiento de la economía, sin embargo, la obtención de buenos resultados depende de la forma con que las organizaciones asuman las situaciones presentadas, haciendo uso de los distintos procesos administrativos descritos en este texto. En esta nueva era digital las organizaciones deben tomar en cuenta las necesidades del entorno, para ello deben exigir a todos los miembros de la organización transitar por estos cambios originados por la globalización y la tecnología de información, ya que la adaptación de estos cambios serán claves para conseguir el éxito
