Abstract

Every organization needs to be more competitive and efficient economically and financially and for this, it is necessary to implement measures to achieve this end, so that they can become more productive and obtain results at a lower cost by making better use of their resources. Currently, due to globalization and technological use, more competitive, productive and profitable companies are required in order to achieve financial sustainability for their own benefit, but also for the environment or the community in which they operate and this can only be done be achieved through proper and responsible management of these resources. The general objective of this research is based on analyzing the adequate and responsible management of financial resources for the sustainability of companies. Taking care of the actions used by business administration is essential to provide useful and reliable financial information that allows gathering the necessary information for the result of its external operations and internal transformations, therefore, the decisions made around this will be objective. It is also important to consider the constant evaluation of the actions that mean expenditure of resources, in order to improve and manage them better, in order to maximize efficiency and with it, the profitability derived from the internal processes of any organization.Toda organización requiere ser más competitiva y eficiente económica y financieramente y para ello, es necesaria la implementación de medidas que permitan alcanzar este fin, de modo que puedan volverse más productivas y obtener resultados a menor costo haciendo mejor uso de sus recursos. En la actualidad, debido a la globalización y al uso tecnológico, se requiere de empresas más competitivas, productivas y rentables a fin de alcanzar la sostenibilidad financiera en beneficio propio, pero también del entorno o de la comunidad en la que opera y esto solo puede lograrse mediante un manejo adecuado y responsable de dichos recursos. El objetivo general de esta investigación se basa en analizar el manejo adecuado y responsable de los recursos financieros para la sostenibilidad de las empresas. El cuidado de las acciones empleadas por la administración empresarial es imprescindible para proporcionar la información financiera útil y confiable que permita reunir la información necesaria para el resultado de sus operaciones externas y transformaciones internas, por tanto, las decisiones que tomen alrededor de esta serán objetivas. También es importante considerar la evaluación constante de las acciones que significan gastos de recursos, a fin de mejorar y gestionarlos mejor, para así maximizar la eficiencia y con ello, la rentabilidad derivada de los procesos internos de cualquier organización
