Analiza oscilatornih karakteristika samohodne poljoprivredne mašine hidromatiks – S-PST

Abstract

Self-propelled agricultural machines represent a special category of vehicles intended for carrying out certain specific agrotechnical operations. Due to their movement on uneven agricultural ground, the problem of exposure of the operator to mechanical vibrations is very pronounced in these vehicles. Based on several characteristic design examples of self-propelled machines with high ground clearance, a model for studying their vibration properties is proposed in this paper. Possibilities for identifying oscillator model parameters are discussed, and example of vibration properties analysis of the machine based on the proposed model is also shown.Samohodne poljoprivredne mašine predstavljaju posebnu kategoriju vozila namenjenu za obavljanje određenih specifičnih agrotehničkih operacija. Usled kretanja po neravnim poljoprivrednim podlogama, kod ovih vozila je veoma izražen problem izloženosti rukovaoca mehaničkim oscilacijama. U ovom radu je, na osnovu nekoliko karakterističnih konstruktivnih rešenja samohodnih mašina visokog klirensa, predložen model za studiju njihovih oscilatornih karakteristika i diskutovane mogućnosti za identifikaciju parametara oscllatornog modela. Takođe je prikazan primer postupka analize oscilatornih karakteristika mašine na osnovu predloženog modela
