      Abstract

      LSRは３個の上皮細胞に囲まれた領域に集積するタイト結合タンパク質である．ある種の癌の悪性化はLSRの発現や局在を変化させるが，その機序には不明な点が多い．本論文では，細胞表層の環状張力がLSRの細胞間接着領域での局在変化と密接に関連することを初めて明らかにした
