    Abstract

    特発性腸間膜静脈硬化症（mesenteric phlebosclerosis；MP）は腹痛を主症状とし，CT 上右半結腸を中心とした石灰化を認める腸疾患である。明らかな原因は不明だが，過去の報告では漢方薬の関連が示唆されている症例が存在する。今回我々は，加味逍遙散が原因として疑われ，休薬後に腸閉塞症状と内視鏡所見の改善を認めたMP の一例を経験したので報告す
