The experience of sending three medical relief teams for Great East Japan earthquake
Abstract
東日本大震災は，平成23年３月11日14：46に発生したマグニチュード9.0の大地震に始まり，その後の大津波により東日本太平洋側の広範な地域で甚大な被害が発生した。さらには福島第一原子力発電所の電源喪失，放射性物質の漏出を招き，戦後最大最悪の複合型災害となった。死者19533名， 負傷者6230名， 行方不明者2585名（平成29年３月時点）にのぼる。市立函館病院では急性期に災害派遣医療チーム（Disaster Medical AssistanceTeam；DMAT）を派遣したほか，発災１か月以降の亜急性期に３度の医療救護班派遣を行った。医療救護班の活動について，著者の参加した第１班を中心に報告するSimilar works
