A Case of Pneumatosis Intestinalis developed During Erlotinib and Bevacizumab combination chemotherapy for Pulmonary Adenocarcinoma

    Abstract

    腸管気腫症（pneumatosis intestinalis，以下PI と略）は，腸管の粘膜下や漿膜下に含気性嚢胞が生じる比較的稀な病態である。近年特に分子標的薬治療中の報告例が散見され，その関連が示唆されている。今後分子標的薬を使用する機会の増加が予想されPI も増加する可能性があり，合併症の１つとして注意が必要である。今回肺腺癌に対するerlotinib とbevacizumab 併用化学療法中に発症したPI の一例を経験した。臨床的に貴重な症例であり報告する
