Fourier coefficients for a gravitational potential model of the Earth

Abstract

V práci jsou popsány základní vztahy pro výpočet gravitačního potenciálu. Nezbytnou součástí práce je popis matematického aparátu vedoucího k řešení Laplaceovy diferenciální rovnice součtem nekonečné Fourierovy řady. V praktické části je řešen výpočet gravitačního potenciálu na tělese aproximujícím reálný tvar zemského povrchu jako částečný součet Fourierovy řady.The thesis describes basic relations for a calculation of the gravitational potential. The essential part of the thesis is a description of mathematical apparatus leading to the solution of Laplace differential equation by a sum of Fourier infinite series. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the calculation of the gravitational potential on a model approximating the actual figure of the Earth by a partial sum of Fourier infinite series
