Abstract

绿色发展,与创新发展、协调发展、开放发展和共享发展一道,成为指导未来一个时期、特别是十三五时期发展的五大发展理念。本文对绿色发展的理念与措施等进行系统的梳理,提出通过供给侧绿色转型、消费绿色转型、财政绿色转型、金融绿色转型、绿色科技发展、新型城镇化、核算制度改革、绿色考核制度8项关键举措,实现绿色发展,以促进社会的和谐稳定
