Систематизация показателей и источников информации количественного движения персонала организации

Abstract

Запропоновано рух персоналу, пов’язаний з наймом і звільненням працівників, визначати як кількісний. Систематизовано індикатори кількісного руху працівників, запропоновані науковцями в доповнення до офіційно задекларованих показників. Ідентифіковано та систематизовано джерела даних для розрахунку показників кількісного руху персоналу. Предложено движение персоналаContinuous processes of employees movement is an essential part of the effective management of any organization, so one needs the consistent analysis and the assessment of the dynamics of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the personnel movement. The purpose of the study is to investigate practical opportunities to calculate indicators of the movement of workers based on their systematization and identifying appropriate data sources. The movement of the personnel, caused by hiring and firing workers, identified as quantitative as opposed to the staff development, which is expedient to consider the quality movement of workers. The quantitative indicators of personnel movement, proposed by scientists from Ukraine and the near abroad in addition to the indicators, declared public regulations, are systematized. Investigated and systematised scorecard of personnel movement could serve as a basis of methodology for determining the efficiency of the personnel management in the company, aimed on the one hand to assess the satisfaction of employees in the enterprise, on the other hand – to satisfy the administration to improve the economic results of their activities. All indicators of the personnel quantitative movement, indicated in the official methodology and academic sources, at the micro level can be determined based on the official reporting forms and internal personnel documents of the company. Data sources to calculation of the indicators of the movement of workers are identified and systematized.Предложено движение персонала, обусловленное наймом и увольнением сотрудников, определять как количественное.
