У роботі проаналізовано шляхи впливу громадянського суспільства на державний фінансовий менеджмент. Визначено різні форми взаємодії урядових інституцій і громадський організацій. Основне питання стосується соціальних інновацій в урядовому секторі та їх впливу на державний фінансовий менеджмент.This paper analyses the ways of civil society influence on public financial management. It observes different forms of interaction between government institutions and civic organizations. The main item concerns social innovations in the government sector and their role in improvement of public financial management
