Abstract

У статті розглянуто світові технологічні перетворення, що пов’язані з четвертою промисловою революцією, визначено їх вплив на діяльність підприємства та окремої людини, а також на процес управління підприємством. Висвітлено необхідність у відповідному технологічному перетворенні окремихпрацівників і підприємства в цілому з метою отримання нових можливостей у інформаційному суспільстві. Запропоновано загальні правила поведінки для горизонтальних бізнес-моделей, дотримання яких дозволить підприємствам втриматися і належно управляти в сучасному динамічному середовищі.The article examines the world of technological changes associated with the fourth industrial revolution, determines their influence on the activities of the company and the individual, and also on the process of enterprise management. The paper reflects the need to appropriate technological transformation of the individual workers and enterprises in general with the aim of obtaining new opportunities in the information society. The article presents the general rules of conduct for horizontal business models, compliance with which will allow companies to hold and manage effectively in today's dynamic environment
