Naphthalimide-modified rhodamine derivative (naphthalimide modified rhodamine B chemosensor, NRC) and preparation and use thereof

Abstract

本发明涉及荧光探针分子检测,具体的说是一种萘酰亚胺修饰的罗丹明类衍生物NRC及其制备和应用。萘酰亚胺修饰的罗丹明类衍生物NRC如式1所示,将N-丁基-4-溴-1,8-萘酰亚胺与2,4-二羟基苯甲醛在过量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中以80-90℃条件下反应10-12h,反应产物通过硅胶色谱柱提纯,得到的黄色固体为中间体化合物待用;其中N-丁基-4-溴-1,8-萘酰亚胺与2,4-二羟基苯甲醛的摩尔比为1∶1-1∶1.5;中间体化合物与罗丹明B肼解产物在无水乙醇中回流反应10-12h,热过滤,所得黄色粉末依次用沸乙醇,乙醚洗涤,干燥即得萘酰亚胺修饰的罗丹明类衍生物NRC,其中中间体化合物在无水乙醇存在下与罗丹明B肼解产物的摩尔比1∶1-1∶1.5。本发明通过有效的合成手段得到的该探针,对铜离子选择性能好,在优化实验条件基础上,可以实现对铜离子的检测
