Abstract

本发明提供了一种褐藻寡糖单体的制备方法，采用酶解法降解褐藻或褐藻胶得到酶解液，再将所述酶解液分离纯化得到包括甘露糖醛酸二糖及甘露糖醛酸三糖等褐藻寡糖单体，由于本发明采用酶解法降解褐藻，与传统的化学法相比条件温和，制备过程洁净环保，无有害化学物质的添加和残留，且工艺简单
