    AbstractLinear and continuous extension operators are constructed in Carleman ultraholomorphic classes of functions of several variables in polysectors, so generalizing Borel–Ritt–Gevrey theorem. With the help of quasi-analyticity results, some rigidity properties of these operators are analyzed
