RETRACTED: A Novel Approavh to Discover Web Services Using WSDL and UDDI

The authors have plagiarized part of a paper that had already appeared in the International Journal of Information Technology and Computer Science(IJITCS), 6 (2014) 56–62, DOI: 10.5815/ijitcs.2014.10.08. (http://www.mecs-press.org/ijitcs/ijitcs-v6-n10/v6n10-8.html). One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. As such this article represents an abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the ICCC 2015 submission process
