    AbstractWe describe the case of a three-year-old boy with a left inguinal hernia which contained two indirect hernia sacs. We review the anatomic relationship of the hernia sac to the fascial layers of the cord which is important to accurately describe the hernia type and rule out a pantaloon hernia
