Costs of Storing and Transporting Hydrogen

Abstract

An analysis was performed to estimate the costs associated with storing and transporting hydrogen. These costs can be added to a hydrogen production cost to determine the total delivered cost of hydrogen. Storage methods analyzed included compressed gas, liquid hydrogen, metal hydride, and underground storage.
