専門教材に関連した数学指導の一事例

Abstract

Mathematics is said to be one of the bases of professional subjects in College of Technology. In fact, many professional subjects are in need of basic mathematics, differential and integral calculus, differential equation, probability, etc. that are taught in mathematical curriculum. Some professional subjects don’t have necessity for all the contents of mathematical subjects but part of mathematical contents. Especially, this is true in most graduation researches. We mathematics instructors should hold the following objects and deal with various problems. The author summarizes this present paper as an example of the abovementioned idea. 1. We should regard the way of mathematical thinking as fundamental for a solution of a problem. 2. We should see to it that a solution of a problem should be dealt with as simply as possible. 3. We should see to it that a solution of a problem should be dealt with in the range of mathematical knowledge that has been completed by the 4 th year of College of Technology
