Structural Problems in the Formation of an Agroindustrial Complex

Abstract

As noted in the report "On the Fiftieth Anniversary of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics," at the joint session of the Central Committee of the CPSU, the USSR Supreme Soviet, and the RSFSR Supreme Soviet, work on the compilation of a longrange plan for the development of the national economy for 1976- 1990 is a most important economic and political task at the present stage in the development of the Soviet economy. The Party has adopted a policy of improving complexes of interconnected branches that develop according to a specific program. Among such complexes an important place is assigned to the agroindustrial complex.
