The author, Tim Brennan (scholar and researcher at the University of Sunderland, author of several important publications), offers an original and interesting annotated guide (with text, illustrations and instructions) of images depicting angels or heavenly creatures inspired by the present within the halls of the British Museum, and which constitute the collection. Sculptures, drawings, paintings, effigies, etc.. that evoke the angelic figure that since ancient times in religious and secular, is the guardian deity of every man that the angel protector, in fact, turns and trusts
