Abstract

Production planing and control (PPC) plays a very important role, not only in classical production technology. Also in areas which are less developed concerning automation technology, it is worthwhile considering PPC. For instance in a canteen kitchen, there are very specific criteria for PPC. Automation in this area needs adaption of certain planning mechanisms. One possibility and its limitation is presented here
