An evaluation of Giroscope social enterprise initiative

Abstract

Giroscope is a community based housing organisation (CBHO) in Hull that buys and renovates empty and dilapidated properties to provide rental accommodation for local people. With a view to improving the quality of their service Giroscope commissioned the authors to carry out an independent tenants’ satisfaction survey.
