Identifying the Components of Job Satisfaction Attributes: A Focus on Private Club Managers

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine job attribute factors affecting overall job satisfaction and satisfaction factors predicting intention to choose and stay within a current job among managers of private clubs in the U.S. The findings indicate that selfworth and salary and benefits are significantly related to the overall job satisfaction.
