Tecnicas visioplasticas e considerações microestruturais aplicadas ao estudo da formação de chevrons na extrusão a frio de aço DIN 20MnCr5

Abstract

Analisaram-se comparativamente peças extrudadas a frio em aço DIN 20MnCrS laminado a quente, que eventualmente apresentaram Chevrons, e outras, feitas do mesmo material recozido, que não apresentaram o defeito. Nesta análise aplicaram-se técnicas de visioplasticidade de, metalográficas, de microssondagem e de microfractografia. Consegue-se determinar qualitativamente alguns parâmetros microestruturais que contribuem para a formação dos Chevrens. Encontra-se uma correlação entre as características microestruturais e o fluxo, plástico do material, determinado pelas técnicas de visioplasticidadeStudies have been done on hot rolled DIN 20MnCrS steel, wich was cold extruded.
