Project, construction and checking of a equipment to reheat cracking test

Abstract

Trincas de Reaquecimento ocorrem, em geral, na zona afetada pelo calor de juntas soldadas de aços estruturais de baixa liga e alta resistência durante um tratamento térmico de alívio de tensões pós-soldagem. O Teste de Implante Modificado mostrou-se como uma forma eficaz para a avaliação da suscetibilidade dos metais a este problema. Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal a construção de um equipamento para teste de implante modificado para a avaliação da suscetibilidade à trinca de reaquecimento. A aferição do equipamento é feita através do ensaio de dois aços nacionais, dos quais um suscetível ao problema e outro nãoReheat Crackings occur, in general, in the heat affected zone of welded joints of high strength low alloy structural steels during a post welding stress relief heat treatment.
