As teorias administrativas e a empregabilidade vistas sob o enfoque da organização em aprendizagem

Abstract

In this paper the concept of employability is discussed based on the five disciplines of the learning organization. Administrative theories are used to provide the necessary elements which contribute to employability in formal organizations. Results show that few traditional administrative theories contribute to give support to employability. However, the correlation between the administrative theories and the five disciplines, which are core to learning organization, shows that employability plays an important role in the five disciplines. In other words, organizations whose aims are to develop the employability of its constituents need to adopt the five disciplines core to learning organization. Retomam-se as teorias administrativas e delas se retiram os elementos que contribuem para a empregabilidade no contexto das organizações formais. Conclui-se que poucas são as teorias convencionais de administração que contribuem para a empregabilidade. No entanto, ao correlacionar as teorias com as cinco disciplinas, percebe-se que a empregabilidade faz parte delas. Em outras palavras, as organizações que pretendam desenvolver a empregabilidade de seus componentes precisam adotar as cinco disciplinas
