Capacitação comportamental informatizada para professores universitários : inclusão no ensino superior

Abstract

A Educação Especial é uma modalidade de ensino que perpassa todos os níveis educacionais, abrangendo da educação infantil ao ensino superior e tem como público-alvo, estudantes com limitações de acesso à aprendizagem decorrentes de deficiências (física, sensorial ou intelectual), transtornos globais de desenvolvimento e altas habilidades. A Análise do Comportamento é uma ciência que tem como objeto de estudo a interação entre organismo e ambiente e suas relações funcionais e na Educação pode contribuir com a geração de tecnologias que auxiliam no manejo de comportamentos, por meio da aplicação de seus princípios para mudança comportamental. Uma vez que as pessoas com necessidades educacionais especiais (NEE) estão incluídas no sistema regular de ensino, a Análise do Comportamento tem se mostrado útil na intervenção com esses estudantes e por isso seus conhecimentos não devem estar restritos ao psicólogo e faz-se relevante capacitar professores que trabalham com alunos que fazem parte da clientela da educação especial. O presente estudo teve por objetivo avaliar a eficácia de um software para capacitar docentes a lidar com estudantes universitários com NEE que apresentam problemas de comportamento relacionados a autolesão, indisciplina e agressividade no ambiente escolar. O primeiro artigo faz um levantamento de literatura sobre a educação especial no ensino superior e analisa alguns dados de atendimento desta população em uma universidade pública na cidade de Londrina. Considerando a demanda do Núcleo de Acessibilidade da instituição em orientar docentes, sugere-se a utilização do Software ENSINO para a capacitação de docentes como uma alternativa de orientação. O Software ENSINO permite flexibilidade de horários e de tempo além de oferecer informações sobre os princípios da Análise do Comportamento, com ênfase especial à Análise Funcional e no procedimento de DRA como estratégia de intervenção pelos docentes junto aos estudantes. O segundo artigo apresenta a adaptação do Software ENSINO para situações do cotidiano universitário de modo a ser utilizado para capacitar os docentes. Com o objetivo de ensinar princípios da Análise do Comportamento Aplicada e tecnologia comportamental, incluindo Análise Funcional e DRA à docentes universitários, o artigo 03 desenvolve uma capacitação comportamental por meio do Software ENSINO. Os resultados mostraram que os participantes tiveram bom desempenho. Por fim, o artigo 04 aprofunda a avaliação dos efeitos da capacitação com o Software ENSINO para docentes universitários. Os resultados indicaram que o presente programa informatizado foi bem avaliado e atingiu o objetivo de oferecer aos professores conhecimento acerca da análise funcional e DRA, auxiliando-os a identificar as contingências que atuam em cada situação específica e a procurar agir de acordo com os princípios da Análise do Comportamento. Além disso, mostrou-se efetivo em contribuir na redução de comportamentos inadequados e ao mesmo tempo ensinar comportamentos adequados que favorecem a inclusão de pessoas com NEE no ensino superior.Special Education is a mode of teaching that permeates all levels of education, including early childhood education to higher education and its target audience, students with limited access to learning arising from disability (physical, sensory or intellectual), disorders global development and high skills. Behavior Analysis is a science that has as its object of study the interaction between organism and environment and their functional relationships and education can contribute to the generation of technologies that assist in managing behavior through the application of its principles to behavioral change . Since people with special educational needs (NEE) are included in the regular school system, Behavior Analysis has proven useful in intervention with these students and so their knowledge should not be restricted to a psychologist and it is important to empower teachers working with students who are part of the clientele of special education. The present study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a software to enable teachers to deal with college students with NEE who have behavioral problems related to self-injury, aggression and disruptive behaviors in the school environment. The first article is a survey of literature on special education in higher education and examines some data service this population in a public university in the city of Londrina. Considering the demand of core accessibility guide teachers in the institution, it is suggested to use the Software ENSINO for teacher training as an alternative orientation. The Software ENSINO allows flexible schedules and time and provides information on the principles of behavior analysis, with special emphasis on functional analysis and the DRA procedure as an intervention strategy by teachers with students. The second article presents the adaptation of software ENSINO to everyday situations university in order to be used to train teachers. In order to teach the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and behavioral technology, including functional analysis and the DRA academics, Article 03 develops a behavioral training through Software ENSINO. The results showed that participants performed well. Finally, Article 04 deepened to evaluate the effects of training with Software ENSINO for college teachers. The results indicated that the present computer program was well evaluated and reached the goal of providing teachers knowledge of functional analysis and DRA, helping them to identify the contingencies that operate in each specific situation and seek to act in accordance with the principles of Analysis Behavior. Also, was effective in contributing in reducing inappropriate behavior while teaching appropriate behaviors that promote the inclusion of people with special needs in higher education
