Abstract
From August 1966 to January 1967, the Roosevelt made her only deployment to Southeast Asia. She spent 95 days "on the line" as her air wing, CVW-1, consisting mainly of F-4 Phantom IIs and A-4 Skyhawks, struck enemy targets.
