Flag Raising Ceremony During the Dedication of the Junior Educational Activities Buildings at the 1939 Indiana State Fair

Abstract

It's dedication day for the newly constructed Junior Educational Activities Buildings, a three building complex made up of an Exhibit Hall, Girls School, and Boys Dorm. Governor Townsend gave the opening day dedication address with short speeches given by various groups. As part of the dedication a ceremonial flag raising was performed by the Boy Scouts
