Abstract

The lard display in the Meat Exhibit area in the Agriculture and Horticulture Building during the 1938 State Fair takes on a humorous theme. The display contains signs promoting lard for cooking and pig caricatures sculpted out of lard. The National Live Stock & Meat Board created the exhibit
