Abstract

The Indiana Natural Gas and Oil Company incorporated in 1889. An 1891 Statement by Corporations document filed with the state of Indiana listed their location as Hammond, Lake County, Indiana, with assets consisting of gas wells, pipe line, regulators and other like property in both Grant and Howard Counties.
