Abstract
Moscow, probably named for the Russian city, had its first mill in 1822, a post office in 1827, and was platted in 1832. Marion Owen, born in 1848, operated a grist mill and saw mill on the Flat Rock River that had been in his family since the late 1820s.Rush County JourneSimilar works
