Abstract

Unlike many other office buildings that only offered street-level retail space, the Guaranty provided retail space on the first two floors. Here, Singer Sewing Machines, Western Union Telegraph Company, and Robinson Optical Company occupy the first floor. Petri Diamonds and Metropolitan Casualty Insurance are located on the second floor.
