Abstract

A woman wearing a long apron over her dress is ironing. Her iron is the type that was heated on a stove so she has a cloth over the handle. The ironing board has one end resting on a table, the other end is supported by a box on a stool. A laundry basket is on the floor, and laundry is hanging on drying racks in the background
