Indenta Clinic

Abstract

In this project assignment I have approached a dentist clinic, suffering from lack of patients and costumers, which is caused by competition in the industry and government policies. These new initiatives made by the public sector are declaring that former healthcare benefits are no longer available. Former grants received, when going to the dentist has been limited to a much smaller group of citizens, this resulting in fewer people willing to visit the dentist office. Dentist clinics are losing patients and in some cases it can affect the clinics staff and owners, this is why I have chosen to concentrate on one particular clinic and help them improve their marketing strategies to attract patients. Indenta Clinic is a small clinic in the center of Copenhagen, and since the competition in the big city is already tough, the clinic needs the most cost-effective solutions for attracting clients. In addition I will explain the changes and regulations made by the government and how they have affected both people and the dentist industry. I will at the end of this project give recommendations on which strategic choices to make in form of marketing, these recommendations will be given based on the information the clinic provides
