結合有金屬奈米粒子之奈米碳管複合物導電薄膜的製法

Abstract

一種結合有金屬奈米粒子之奈米碳管複合物導電薄膜的製法,包含下列步驟:先製備一結合有金屬奈米粒子的奈米碳管複合物,並將該奈米碳管複合物加入一預定量的溶劑中調配成奈米碳管複合物溶液,再施加一超音波霧化頻率使該奈米碳管複合物溶液釋放出多數個挾帶有該等奈米碳管複合物的霧化顆粒,並提供一攜帶氣體使該等霧化顆粒沿一預定路徑傳送,進而將該等霧化顆粒引導至一放置有一基材片的基座上方,藉由旋轉該基座,使該等霧化顆粒於該基材片表面均勻地形成一導電薄膜,最後對該導電薄膜進行微波後處理,就能提升其透光率與導電性能
