Programmed Cell Death in Plants

Abstract

本篇敘述植物細胞程式性死亡的類型、徵狀與其訊息傳遞途徑。某些蛋白質水解酵素、乙烯、水楊酸、小GTP-結合蛋白質、鈣離子與反應性氧物種等可能是植物細胞死亡訊息的調控者。而細胞死亡訊息可能自植物的粒腺體中產生,所以粒腺體可能在植物的細胞程式性死亡上扮演一個「保存性位置」的角色。This paper reviewed the types, symptoms and signal transduction of programmed cell death in plants.
