The Comparison of Cost for Producing Rose Plantlets by Air Layering and One-node Cutting

Abstract

One thousand rose plantlets of 'Samantha', 'Pitica' and 'Landora' were propagated by air layering and one-node cutting, respectively, and the cost for producting plantlets was evaluated and compared. The cost for producing 'Samantha', 'Pitica' and 'Landora' by air layering was 6460, 7537 or 9044 N.T dollars, respectively. When plantlets were propagated by one-node cutting, the cost was 4381, 4922 or 4720 N.T dollars, respectively.分別以高壓法和單節扦插法生產玫瑰花〝Samantha〞、〝Pitica〞以及〝Landora〞，以1000株為生產單位並估算其育苗成本。〝Samantha〞、〝Pitica〞以及〝Landora〞之高壓插苗分別為6460元、7537元以及9044元而扦插苗分別為4381元、4922以及4796元
