無子枇杷果實肥大及品質改善研究

Abstract

在枇杷花蕾期施用GA3 300ppm處理,使其形成無子枇杷,再在幼果期採用GA3、BA及NAA等生長調節劑,以單用或混用作二次噴浸處理。在每果穗留4果情形下,發現其中所採用GA3 500ppm+BA 50ppm 及GA3 50ppm+NA 50ppm 組合較單用者,在平均果重、果形指數及果肉率等均有顯著增加效果,在果實品質中可溶性固形物量及含酸量亦有明顯增高現象。6-Benzyl-Aminopurine (BA), Gibberellic Acid (GA3) and Naphthalene Acetic Acid, each alone or combined, were applied as additives to promote the fruit growth and induce seedless Mogi loquat formation. Under the four fruits of each cluster, the two combinations of GA3 50 ppm + BA 50 ppm and GA3 50 ppm + NAA 50 ppm were significantly different in the fruit weight, fruit shape index and flesh percentage.
