Optimization of air distribution from point of view of the noise.

Abstract

The thesis, which has primarily experimental character, deals with the description of acoustic features of a simple blade or system of blades with a rectangle shape inserted in a free airflow, with respect to changing the basic conditions of measurement. Changes of basic conditions of measurement has been determined in order to examine a blade/blades in different marginal conditions to describe all possibilities of its use in a particular field of low pressure air-conditioning. The measurements have been generalised in computing equations, which describe acoustic features of a blade and its systems. These equations could be used in the construction of distribution elements. Contribution of the thesis deals also with 1/3 octave frequency spectrums and empirical relations for the calculation of the sound power level of each blade in the different torsion angle (in the case of the two blades its mutual distance) with respect to the velocity of testing airflow. Results of the thesis could be used as an essential information for further investigation in the mentioned part of acoustics.Available from STL Prague, CZ / NTK - National Technical LibrarySIGLECZCzech Republi
