FRACTAL MODEL FOR LOW-TEMPERATURE HEAT CAPACITY OF SOLID INORGANIC SUBSTANCES

Abstract

It has been shown that the phonon ensemble describing the lattice heat capacity possesses the properties of the fractal generation. The multifractal model has been proposed for any substances and materials of the different anisotropy and defectness degree. In this case the Debay temperature is strongly constant. The method for processing of the low-temperature calorimetry data taking vibration states of the atoms into consideration has been proposed. The procedure identifying the Debay temperature from multifractal heat capacity representation has been developed. The results can be used in the Moscow State University, Institute of Metallurgy (Russian Academy of Sciences), Institute of Solid Chemistry (Ekaterinburg), Institute of Chemical Compounds (Russian Academy of Sciences), Institute on Chemistry of Explosive Substances (Russian Academy of Sciences), Russian University of People's Friendship, United Institute of High Temperatures (Russian Academy of Sciences)Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
