Interrelation study of disorientation spectra of grains and of textures in face-centred cubic polycrystals

Abstract

There the study objects are KH20N80 nichrome, 99,97% aluminium. The purpose are to study the interrelation of two statistic characteristics of polycrystal materials as the lattice factor and the Disorientation Spectrum of Grain Boundaries (DSGB), to construct the recovery algorithm for the DSGB according to the texture data on the basis of this study, to compare the obtained model spectra with the experimental spectra. The factors allowing to recover the DSGB according to the data of texture analysis, which has one meaning, have been determined. The maximal accuracy of determination of disorientations of neighbouring grains has been defined by the experiment.
