Abstract

Polymeric organic semiconductors: polyacenchinones and ion-radical salts of tetracenchinodimethane are investigated in the paper aiming at the detection if conduction effects for macromolecules. As a result polarization models for polymeric superconductors: a multicentre model of the polarization of conducting molecular chains; a model of surface capacity of grains; a domain model - have been developed. The molecular-domain structure of polymeric semiconductors has been detected.
