The aim is to develop the analysis methods on stability of the relief in the emitters. The conditions on the stability of the relief in the emitting elements of the low-voltage structures have been formulated. The bases for analysis of the stability of relief in the field-effect emitters at selection of the materials and designs of the autoemission structures have been created. The prototypes of the field-effect emitters with dielectric coating for operation in the technical vacuum have been created firstly in the world practice.
