THE CEREBROPROTECTIVE EFFECTS OF THE NEW ANTIHYPOXANT OF THE AMMONIUM ACID AMBERITE WITH THE EXPERIMENTAL ISCHEMIA

Abstract

The object of investigation: the rats of the Wistar line. The efficiency of the ammonium acid amberite under the acute, acute transitor and prolonged ischemia of brain conditions has been shown. The ability of the preparationto essentially limit the development of the oedemaswelling of the brain tissue under the ischemia conditions has been shown. The mechanisms of the anti-ischemic action of the preparation, realizing on the level of the microcirculation, oxygen-transport function of blood, and due to the antioxidant and antiacydotic action, have been revealed. The results of the experimental investigations justify the expediency of application of the ammonium acid amberite as the corrector of the blood circulation and the brain blood supply under the conditions of the brain tissue ischemia. The materials by the preclinic study of the specific activity and toxycity of the preparation have been directed to the Pharmacological Committee of RF Health Ministry to receive the permission for clinic tests of the ammonium acid amberite as the means of prophylaxis and therapy of the brain ischemiaAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
