THE IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS AND MODELS OF EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF THE NON-TRADITIONAL RENEWED ENERGY SOURCES USE IN THE ELECTROENERGY SYSTEMS AND AUTONOMOUS CONSUMERS ON THE EXAMPLE OF TUNIS

Abstract

The purpose of the work: performance of the analysis of the modern state and the perspective development of the energy base of the developing countries (on the example of Tunis); the generalization of the early made investigations and the experiment of engagement of the energy units on the base of the non-traditional renewed power sources (NRPS) in the energy balances of the countries and regions, for the first turn, those, using the power of the sun and wind; the justification of the criteria of evaluation of the technico-economic efficiency of introduction of the power complexes on the base of NRPS and the development of methods of justification of the purpose of the OES and WEU introduction, with the regional aspects under the conditions of the market economics taken into account; the justification and development of principles algorithms, methods and models of the complex optimization and analysis of the structure of the generating powers, including the NRES with the prognosis of the demand and supply for the power; the evaluation of the purpose and the conditions of the efficiency of use NRPS in the power system of Tunis, the performance of optimization of the volumes and modes of production of power by the power units on the base of non-traditional renewed power sources in the day and yearly graphics of the system load; the performance of the analysis and prognosis of the economic and other factors for the formation of the data base at the performance of the investigations; the count of factors of uncertainty and riskAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
