THE ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL AND RADIOLIGAND ANALYSIS OF THE SYNAPTIC DELIVERY IN THE ELECTROPECEPTORS OF SKATES

Abstract

For the first time, it has been shown, that the phosphoserin is the antagonist of the receptors of the NMDA-type. Revealed have been the specific high-affined receptors of glutamat, and the depressing effect of the dalargine on the functions of the sensor synapsis of the Lorentsini's ampounle. The results give the possibility to cosider the Lorentsini's ampoules as a simple and adequate model at studying the glutamatergic synaptic delivery and in the pharmacological investigations with screening of the new ligands. The results have been included into the course of lectures on the sensory physiology of the electroreceptors. The rational proposal, relating to the improvement of the methodical ways of the work, has been used in the Institute of Physiology and in the Institute of the Man's Brain of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The field of application: the physiology of the sensor systems, the biology, and medicineAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
